We make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We understand, however that in some cases some customers may request a return. Though we do not offer refunds, customers may exchange an unused item in it's original packaging within 3 business days of receiving their order.
For hygenic reasons if you try on, cut, or modify the lace, apply items, color, style, comb or wash, alter the part we will not honor the exchange. Once the return is validated you will receive a RA# (authorization number) stock wigs may be exchanged for another stock wig or for a custom made wig (of equal or lesser value) and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only one exchange is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. There are no exchanges for custom wigs. Please insure all shipping on all exchanges incase your package is lost in transit. Elegant Lace Wigs is not liable for lost itmes or shipments that are not delivered due to inaccuarte addresses.
Absolutely no exchanges or refunds are accepted for glues, glue removers, tape or other hair products.
Shipping and handling charges are also not refundable. Elegant Lace Wigs will pay for shiping only on the exchanged item only.
