Production Time for Custom Lace Units:
Custom Lace Wig Units: 2~4 weeks - $40 additional will be charged for rush orders (2 week production time).

PayPal Payments:
We accept PayPal as a form of payment. A PayPal account is NOT required in order to make payments as the PayPal checkout accepts all major credit cards and even eChecks. Accepting PayPal as a form of payment enables us to keep our pricing low. We also accept payment via all major credit cards Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover

International Orders:
We accept and ship all International Orders. For the Billers' safety, International orders payed with PayPal ship to the billing address only. Western Union payments do not ship until Western Union Money Transfer payments are processed as complete. International shipping fees Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Order Revisions/Changes:
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. To revise a custom option on a custom order lace unit (for example, hair color, cap size, etc.) you must email us within 48 hours (2 days) of placing your original custom wig order at **** with "CUSTOM LACE ORDER REVISION" in the subject header. After the 48 hour period, revisions cannot be made to the custom order and a fee of $25.00 will be added to needed revisions placed after the 2 day (48 hour) period.

Ground Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS mail courier. Shipping cost vary based on method selected.

Express (Overnight) Delivery
Your order should arrive in 1-2 business days after shipping if ordered by 2:00 pm (CST). Please note Express orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday or on Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this expedited service. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS mail courier. Shipping cost vary based on the method selected.
